Well.. it turns out to be not.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTheir perception is their reality\u201d<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 <\/em>This is true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we think, speak and do becomes the reality of the other person at that moment. This can stay, change depending on your behaviors. This perception of you is not permanent and situational. Hence building the right perception in people about you is a sustained and continuous effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next question is \u2013 Can perception be changed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It again turns out as YES!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PERCEPTION <\/strong>can be changed through AUTHENTICITY.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next question: What is Authenticity?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we say what we do and do what we say, it is authentic, that\u2019s it, as simple as that \u2013 we do not need huge definitions from management for authenticity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we are authentic, perceptions do change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next question: How do I appear Authentic?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we say what we do and do what we say CONSISTENTLY<\/strong>, we appear authentic. So it turns out that \u2018consistency is the input for authenticity\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, for all of us to build the right perception, we need to be authentic and to be authentic, we need to be consistent\u2019\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
