Under each tenet, TLE India outlined 6-7 leadership essentials, totaling 30, which are crucial behaviors for organizational success. The learnings and behaviors under these competencies differ for the three levels in an organization: junior, mid, and senior. For instance, skills like Negotiation are taught from different perspectives at each level, such as execution for junior management, managerial for mid-level, and strategic for senior or top management.
This core framework serves as the foundation for TLE India’s offerings, including leadership essentials, the lighthouse series, rings of excellence, and growth code. These programs are designed to sprout from the core framework, providing specific solutions to organizations for developing essential leadership competencies in their people.
