Since 1993, Performance Management Company (PMC), a leading organizational development firm, has been helping organizations make dramatic improvements in collaboration, performance and workplace happiness. Dr. Scott Simmerman, the former managing partner at PMC, is the creator of the popular team-building game, The Search for The Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine team building game and the Square Wheels approach to engagement, collaboration, innovation and change.
The company wanted to transform strategically and meet the needs of today’s virtual learning world. We engaged with PMC to consult them on how to bring about the changes on the ground level and worked alongside them to create a growth plan. While the Digital Marketing Consultant for L&D was an ongoing process, the next step was to revive the brand with a fresh logo that corresponds to the values and goals of PMC.
We were also tasked with bringing color to the training material of the Lost Dutchman with redone illustrations. This infused new life into reputed experiential training programs like The Search for the Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine and Square Wheels with wide emphasis on elements of team-building, collaboration, decision-making, organizational alignment and so on.
While we did create a website, unfortunately, we were not able to live upto PMCs high standards for it.
